2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Damaged or defective items: If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or altered.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Perishable goods, such as food or drinks.
4. Return Process

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as cash. Please note that the refund may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Order Cancellations
